Terms & Conditions

All furniture has a 12 month manufacturer's guarantee

This warranty covers faulty materials and workmanship.

The furniture may be replaced or repaired depending on the fault found.

The purchaser must check the furniture immediately upon delivery and report any damage or faults to us by email or phone within 48 hours.

We will replace or credit any transit/delivery damage caused by the delivery company/courier.

Repairs and or replacement may take 3-5 working days plus delivery.

Warranty valid in New Zealand only.

Safety care and maintenance of the furniture/goods purchased are ultimately the responsibility of the user/owner.

If assembly is required please assemble our furniture with your safety in mind and with care.

Warranty does not cover

Normal wear and tear.

Damage from using goods for a purpose for which they were not designed.

Damage from neglect or careless storage.


Delivery

Your goods can be collected from us; we will provide the details of our location upon request.

Your furniture can also be sent to you via courier or furniture Delivery Company (depending on size and weight).

We try to have furniture in stock but due to demand we may need to make your furniture. Therefore wait time may be 3 days, plus despatch.

Please be aware if we send out of Auckland the furniture is flatpack, with clear instructions to assemble. This is required by courier companies.
